In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ASHNO 2023, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to ASHNO 2023 Organizer (mail to: ashno2023@gmail.com).
The ASHNO 2023 refund policy is as follows
Up to 30 June 2023: 70% refund
From 1 July - 30 October 2023: 50% refund
From 1 November 2023: No refunds
All refund will be deducted the manage fee from the refund amount
Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
