The Scientific Committee of the 8th ASHNO Conference 2023 cordially invites you to submit abstracts to share the valuable research and interesting cases from around the world.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should contain new material that has never been previously presented or published.
  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically only, using the link provided at the end of this page. Abstracts submitted via e-mail, fax or regular mail will neither be accepted nor acknowledged.
  • Presenting Authors may submit only two abstracts for each type of presentation.
  • The number of abstracts which will be accepted is strictly related to the planned Conference timetable and to the evaluation of the Referees.
  • Abstracts must be written clearly in English and submitted prior to May 31, 2023.
  • The maximum word limit is 500, excluding the abstract title.
  • Figures and tables are not permitted.
  • The submission system will generate an acknowledgment of your submission which will be sent to the first Author’s e-mail address. Please make sure that you receive the e-mail confirmation after making your submission (please also check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt, kindly inform the Conference Organizers immediately (abstract.ashno2023@gmail.com).
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by the Conference Organizers via email by June 20, 2023.
  • The first Author’s e-mail address will be used to notify acceptance and to send updated information.
  • It is the authors' responsibility to review the submission and correct it. Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission. It will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
  • You may copy and paste your abstract in the space provided on the abstract form. Use upper and lowercase characters. Do not use all upper-case letters.
  • Abstracts submitted via Abstract Form can be modified until May 31, 2023.
  • All inquiries regarding abstract submission should be made to abstract.ashno2023@gmail.com.
    • The accepted presenters must be regularly registered to the conference by the June 30, 2023. If you are not registered within this date, your contribution will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

Abstract Content

Please, make the abstract as informative as possible, and support your conclusions with data. Abstracts texts should be structured to include the following sections: • Type of abstract • Title of Abstract • Objectives: indicate the purpose of the study • Materials and Methods: describe pertinent experimental procedures • Results: summarize the results of the research • Conclusions: state the main conclusions Please use standard abbreviations, generic drug names, and place unusual abbreviations or acronyms in parenthesis after first use. Do NOT identify author(s) or institution(s) in the text.

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

General Information

In preparing your e-poster, please pay particular attention to the following:

  1. Clear use of English
  2. Provide a clear description of the research aims and objectives, the methods and key study findings.
  3. Be specific about your results, with effective use of Tables / Figures to increase the visual effects.
  4. Highlight the key implications of your study findings to nursing research/ practice.
  5. Spell out any abbreviations for clarity to the reader.
  6. Explain any terms that may not be known to readers
Format of E-Poster
  1. All e-posters should be prepared in ENGLISH.
  2. Posters should succinctly display the Significance, Objective, Design, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  3. Layout: Portrait (Vertical Orientation) Width: 1080pixel x Height: 1920 pixel
  4. Resolution: DPI 150 to 300 pixels/inch
  5. File size: less than (<) 10MB
  6. File Format: unprotected pdf format (one page)
  7. Media: Pictures, graphs and tables can be included
  8. Multimedia: videos and music CANNOT be included

Abstract Withdrawal

If the presenting Author of an accepted abstract does not register by June 30, 2023, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you decide to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Conference Organizers (abstract.ashno2023@gmail.com) by August 26, 2023.
